What to Expect

When your facility is ready to explore replacing an existing sound system we will in good faith, determine the needs based on your input and our expertise. We will send a professional designer out to the building and look over the structure, determine measurements, and notes for the designing process. Each scenario can be completely different so we require a visit upon updating or replacing a sound system in an existing structure or building. (We do not require a visit for new construction, but there may be a fee associated for a design.)

From there, our team of audio designers will work hand-in-hand with the manufactures to design a system appropriate for the building and your needs. It can take 2-4 weeks to accomplish a design. At this point we will furnish an estimate, and discuss the project in more detail. If at this point, if it is decided you would like to peruse, Tri-State Sound & Light will offer payment options for your particular installation.

Scheduling will commence from this point on, and materials will be ordered based on the time frame of the project. Keep in mind, many materials can take 1-2 weeks to arrive based on quantity and model. We ask the area to be worked on to be free of obstructions that could be reasonably removed temporarily for the days our team will be on site.
