General Repair Policies

Things break – it’s a fact of life. When they do, it’s important to have a great resource for service and repair. Our factory trained certified service department is precisely that resource. We provide component level electronic service on most major brands of professional audio and music equipment. We are skilled at troubleshooting solid state and vacuum tube circuitry, as well as performing speaker re-coning. We perform repairs on amplifiers, mixers, speakers, moving lights and rack gear. We maintain an extensive parts inventory. We also offer a rush service, for an additional fee, that provides an even quicker turnaround required by touring musicians, churches and other customers that need to be up and running as fast as possible.
